Lead Generation Specialist (Hybrid & Remote)
Unitrix Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building relationships that drive business growth.
You will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by researching, prospecting, and initiating contact with potential customers across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads through online channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, etc.)

Generate qualified leads and maintain accurate records in CRM tools

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies

Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and messages

Understand client needs and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

Track performance and provide weekly reports on lead progress and conversion rates
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or digital marketing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with CRM software (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead databases

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
