What happens after you submit a request
Once we receive your request:

We will delete eligible data from our active systems and, where feasible, from backups during their normal retention cycle.

We will notify you once the deletion is completed or explain what data could not be deleted and why.
We aim to respond to data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days, where feasible.
